As a factory worker at IFF, you will play a key role in the production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality flavors used around the world. Accurately collect and weigh raw materials according to quality standards; Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00 Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00 Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00 15 excluding shift allowance; ~5% shift allowance for3 shift work, applied to all hours; ~Possibility of a contract at IFF upon good performance; ~ Experience within a production environment with physically demanding work; Flexible availability to work in 3 shifts; Good command of Dutch or English B1 level; You work well in a team and contribute positively to a shared goal.
