Job Description
Randstad is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Medior Agile Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to agile principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide and support teams toward achieving project goals.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Agile Coach in a public sector environment.
- Certification: Must hold at least one relevant certification such as PSM, PSPO, SAFe, Agile PM, or Jira/Kanban.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree (HBO or equivalent) is required.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch is essential.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Primary employment conditions
- Monthly salary ranges between €3,500 – €6,000 based on experience.
- Quarterly bonus or 13th month, depending on the applicable employment conditions at the client.
- 8.33% holiday pay.
Contract form
- At least a one-year contract, but we would like to work towards a permanent contract.
- You will always receive 100% of your salary during your employment contract.
Secondary employment conditions
